Angel One Limited has announced the appointment of Ajit Narayanan as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective June 04, 2026. Narayanan brings over 25 years of extensive experience in technology leadership across various sectors including consumer internet, e-commerce, digital healthcare, and enterprise platforms. In his new role, Narayanan will be responsible for leading Angel One's engineering function, focusing on platform architecture, performance, and scalability. He will also drive the integration of AI-led intelligence into critical systems and strengthen the company's core technology foundations to support its future growth. Commenting on the appointment, Ambarish Kenghe, Group Chief Executive Officer of Angel One, stated that Narayanan's leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the company's core technology, deepening AI capabilities, and ensuring seamless client experiences. Narayanan expressed his excitement about the company's technology ambition and the opportunity to leverage AI and data to further develop its platform. Prior to joining Angel One, Narayanan held significant technology leadership positions at Reliance Retail, Licious, Myntra, and SAP. He also co-founded MFine, an AI-powered digital healthcare platform. Narayanan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and is recognized for his expertise in building high-performing technology organizations and translating business goals into scalable technology solutions.
