Andhra Paper Limited has announced a change in the constitution of its statutory auditors. M S K A & Associates, the company's current statutory auditors, have converted from a Partnership Firm to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the name M S K A & Associates LLP. This conversion is effective from January 13, 2026.

The company has clarified that this is solely a change in the legal structure of the audit firm and does not represent a change in the audit engagement. M S K A & Associates LLP will continue to function and discharge their obligations as statutory auditors for the remaining tenure of their appointment.

The auditors themselves communicated this change via a letter dated January 13, 2026, and have requested the company to intimate the stock exchange accordingly. M S K A & Associates LLP is a firm of Chartered Accountants registered with the ICAI.
