Andhra Cements Limited (ACL), a subsidiary of Sagar Cements Limited, has announced the closure of its trading window for the company's shares. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code for the prevention of insider trading.
