* Anant Raj Cloud Private Limited (ARCPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) on November 14, 2025. * The MoU is for the development of new Data Center facilities along with an IT Park in the State of Andhra Pradesh. * ARCPL will make a direct investment of approximately ₹4,500 Crores for this project, to be executed in two phases. * The project is expected to create around 8,500 direct and 7,500 indirect jobs. * APEDB will provide necessary support for the implementation of the project, including coordination with the Union Government of India where required. Its role is limited to facilitating and promoting investments into the State.
