For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the standalone total revenue from operations stood at ₹2,481.02 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹506.26 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the standalone total revenue from operations was ₹6,762.04 crore, and the profit before tax was ₹1,198.99 crore.

On a consolidated basis for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, total revenue from operations was ₹2,481.99 crore, and profit before tax was ₹497.57 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated total revenue from operations was ₹6,765.07 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹1,177.88 crore.

The company also provided information as required under Regulation 52(4) of SEBI Listing Regulations regarding its commercial papers. The company's short-term rating for commercial paper was reaffirmed at A1 by CARE on July 31, 2025, and assigned A1 by CRISIL Ratings on December 11, 2025.

The company is currently evaluating the potential impact of the Labour Code Bill, effective from November 21, 2025, and does not anticipate any significant immediate impact, though a detailed assessment is underway.
