Amj Land Holdings Limited has issued a corrigendum to its Notice of Postal Ballot dated December 30, 2025, which was dispatched to members on December 31, 2025. This corrigendum is being issued to provide additional disclosures required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Postal Ballot Notice, including the explanatory statement, sought members' approval for Material Related Party Transactions with Pudumjee Paper Products Limited through remote e-voting, which was conducted from January 1, 2026, to January 30, 2026.

The Audit Committee has reviewed certificates confirming that the proposed Material Related Party Transactions are in the interest of the Company and has assessed the justification, pricing basis, and material terms and conditions.
