Ambuja Cements Limited has announced that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, has fixed February 19, 2026, for the hearing of the Joint Company Petition concerning the Scheme of Arrangement between Penna Cement Industries Limited (Transferor Company) and Ambuja Cements Limited (Transferee Company).

This follows an order from the Hon’ble Tribunal dated January 08, 2026, in response to the Joint Company Petition filed for the Scheme. The notice of this hearing was published on January 17, 2026, in The Indian Express (all editions) and the Gujarati language translation in Financial Express (Ahmedabad edition).

Any party wishing to support or oppose the petition must submit a notice of their intention to the advocate of the Petitioner Companies at least two days before the hearing date. If opposing, the grounds for opposition or an affidavit copy must be furnished with the notice. Copies of the Joint Company Petition will be provided by the advocate upon payment of prescribed charges. All related documents will also be posted on the company's website, www.ambujacement.com.
