Ambica Agarbathies & Aroma Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the company's internal policy. The trading window will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting from January 1, 2026. It will continue to be closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025.
