Amber Enterprises India Limited has announced its Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2025. The company reported a significant 38% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue for the third quarter of FY26, reaching ₹2,943 crore, compared to ₹2,133 crore in the same period last year. Operating EBITDA also saw a substantial rise of 53% to ₹247 crore, with margins improving to 8.4% from 7.6% in Q3FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) demonstrated exceptional growth, surging by 128% to ₹84 crore for Q3FY26, after adjusting for an exceptional one-off impairment of investment in Shivalik of ₹94 crore. For the nine-month period ended 31st December 2025, revenue grew by 29% to ₹8,039 crore, and Operating EBITDA increased by 26% to ₹608 crore. PAT for the nine months, after adjustments, stood at ₹158 crore, a 19% increase from ₹133 crore in the previous year. The company highlighted strategic achievements including the completion of fundraise of ₹1,750 crore by ILJIN Electronics. Furthermore, Amber Enterprises secured approval under the Electronic Manufacturing Component Scheme (ECMS) for Ascent -K Circuit (JV with Korea Circuits) for HDI PCB application (₹3,200 crore) and Shogini Technoarts for multi-layer PCB application (₹500 crore). Significant land parcels of 16 acres for Ascent-K Circuit and 100 acres for Amber Enterprises were allotted in YEIDA. Acquisitions also bolstered the company's portfolio, with ILJIN Electronics completing a stake purchase in Unitronics (increasing holding to ~45.5%) and acquiring 80% stake in Shogini Technoarts on 01st December 2025. The Consumer Durables Division reported a 27% YoY revenue growth and 22% YoY Operating EBITDA growth in Q3FY26, with expectations to outperform the industry and grow 13-15% for the full year. The Electronics Division saw a remarkable 79% YoY revenue growth and 157% YoY Operating EBITDA growth in Q3FY26, driven by acquisitions and expansion, with operating EBITDA margins expected to reach double digits by FY27. The Railway Sub-systems & Defense Division's revenue grew by 20% YoY and Operating EBITDA by 49% YoY in Q3FY26. The company remains optimistic about doubling this division's revenue in the next two financial years. The company also provided an update on its facility expansions, including Ascent-K Circuit in YEIDA, Ascent Circuits in Hosur, and PCB-Assembly expansion in Pune.
