Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited (ARE&M) announced the appointment of Mr. Narayan Sudhakar Choudhary as the new Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the Company, effective January 19, 2026.

Mr. Choudhary will assume the COO responsibilities from the current incumbent, Mr. C. Narasimhulu Naidu, who is set to retire in the coming months. This transition is planned to ensure a smooth handover of duties.

Mr. Choudhary brings extensive experience in operations leadership, P&L management, manufacturing excellence, and large-scale transformations within the automotive and industrial sectors. His career includes leadership roles at companies such as Wipro Lighting, Tube Investments of India, Mahindra Hinoday, Honeywell Turbo Technologies, Tata Toyo Radiator, Plastic Omnium, and Autoliv. He joins ARE&M from Taco Punch Powertrain.

He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in management sciences, with expertise in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
