Alok Industries Limited announced its un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹858.24 crore for the quarter, a decrease from ₹863.86 crore in the same period last year. The net loss for the quarter widened to ₹217.63 crore from ₹268.11 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations stood at ₹2,731.82 crore, while the net loss after tax was ₹551.57 crore.

The company also provided standalone financial results. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, standalone revenue from operations was ₹807.03 crore, with a net loss after tax of ₹214.71 crore. The nine-month standalone revenue was ₹2,592.74 crore, and the net loss after tax was ₹593.15 crore.

The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on January 15, 2026. The statutory auditors have conducted a limited review of these financial results.
