Allcargo Global Limited (AGL) announced the sale of its step-down subsidiary, Comptech Solutions Private Limited (CSPL), to Transindia Real Estate Limited, a company belonging to the Promotor Group. This transaction, effective July 09, 2026, results in CSPL ceasing to be a step-down subsidiary of AGL. The agreement for sale was entered into on July 01, 2026, with the expected completion date for the sale set for July 30, 2026. The consideration received from this disposal is approximately ₹24 crore. This amount pertains to Contech Logistics Solutions Private Limited, the holding company of CSPL. CSPL contributed a revenue of ₹2.85 crore and had a net worth of ₹14.42 crore as of March 31, 2026. The buyer, Transindia Real Estate Limited, belongs to the promoter group, and the transaction has been classified as a Related Party Transaction. AGL has confirmed that the transaction will be conducted on an arm's length basis, supported by an independent valuation report.
