Akzo Nobel India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure applies to Designated Persons, their immediate Relatives, and Connected Persons as defined by the Company's Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be shut from Thursday, 1st January 2026. It will remain closed until the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately in due course. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
