The resolutions were deemed passed on Monday, 2nd March 2026, which was the last date for receipt of votes through the remote e-voting process. Key resolutions approved include the appointment of Mr. Parth Sajjan Jindal as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Chairman of the Board, and the appointment of Mr. Shantanu Maharaj Khosla as an Independent Director. Additionally, the shareholders approved the change in designation of Mr. Rajiv Rajgopal from Chairman and Managing Director to Joint Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. Finally, the company's name change to JSW Dulux Limited and consequent alteration in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association were also approved.
