Akshar Spintex Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 19, 2026. The Board considered and approved a Notice of Postal Ballot to seek shareholder approval for key appointments through remote e-voting.

The special resolutions to be voted on include the ratification of Mr. Bhavin Jayantibhai Kothiya's appointment as Non-Executive Independent Director and the re-seeking of approval for Mr. Harry Paghadar's appointment as Executive Director, along with his remuneration.

Mr. Bhavin Jayantibhai Kothiya, with a B.Sc degree and over 4 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the pharmaceutical sector, is proposed to serve for a term of 5 years from November 24, 2025, to November 23, 2030. Mr. Harry Paghadar, a B.Tech Engineering graduate with over 5 years of experience in the cotton industry, is proposed to be appointed for a term of 5 years from February 18, 2026, to February 17, 2031.

Furthermore, the Board approved the appointment of Bigshare Services Private Limited as the e-voting agency and CS Dipali Vora as the Scrutinizer for the postal ballot process. The Board Meeting commenced at 2:15 PM and concluded at 3:10 PM.
