AKI India Limited announced significant changes to its Board of Directors following a meeting held on January 9, 2026. The company approved the appointment of Mrs. Sarika Agarwal, Mr. Abdul Rashid Khan, and Mr. Veqarul Amin as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors, all effective from January 9, 2026.

Concurrently, the Board accepted the resignations of Mr. Raj Krishna Agrawal, Mr. Aslam Saeed, and Mr. Javed Iqbal from their positions as Non-Executive and Independent Directors, also effective January 9, 2026. All resigning directors confirmed that their decisions were due to personal reasons and that there were no other material reasons for their departures.

Following these changes, the company reconstituted its key committees. The Audit Committee now comprises Mr. Abdul Rashid Khan as Chairperson, Mrs. Sarika Agarwal as Member, and Mr. Veqarul Amin as Member. The Stakeholders Relationship Committee will be chaired by Mr. Abdul Rashid Khan, with Mr. Mohammad Ajwad (Managing Director) and Mrs. Sarika Agarwal as members. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Mrs. Sarika Agarwal, with Mr. Abdul Rashid Khan and Mr. Veqarul Amin as members. All committee changes are effective from January 9, 2026.
