Ajanta Pharma Limited has announced the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary in Ireland, named "Ajanta Pharma Ireland Ltd." This strategic move aims to conduct the business of pharmaceutical products. The subsidiary is newly incorporated and its size and turnover are not applicable at this stage. This incorporation does not fall within related party transactions, and no governmental or regulatory approvals are required.

The company has also clarified that there is no cash consideration, share swap, or other form of payment involved, nor is there a specific cost of acquisition or price at which shares are acquired. Ajanta Pharma will hold 100% of the shares in this new entity. The incorporation is in line with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
