The utilization of funds is categorized into four main objects: development and expansion of technologies, platforms, and product propositions (up to ₹335.00 Crore), funding inorganic growth opportunities (up to ₹150.00 Crore), repayment of outstanding liabilities of subsidiaries related to prior acquisitions (up to ₹75.00 Crore), and general corporate purposes (up to ₹178.00 Crore).
