Afcons Infrastructure Limited has issued a Postal Ballot Notice dated January 8, 2026, to its shareholders seeking consent for a material related party transaction. The transaction involves Afcons Construction Mideast LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC, a subsidiary of the Promoter Company.
