Aeroflex Industries Limited announced that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, starting from Thursday, January 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. In compliance with SEBI regulations and the company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the company has also updated information on the NSDL portal to freeze the PAN of designated persons and their immediate relatives at the security level (ISIN: INE024001021). This action is in line with SEBI circulars dated July 19, 2023, and April 21, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, will be intimated to the stock exchanges separately in due course.
