The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly revenue, reaching ₹121.12 crore, marking a significant year-on-year growth of 20.67% and a quarter-on-quarter increase of 9.06%. Total Income for the quarter stood at ₹121.12 crore, with EBITDA at ₹28.58 crore (23.59% margin) and Profit After Tax (PAT) at ₹16.49 crore. Cash PAT was reported at ₹22.75 crore. These figures represent year-on-year growth of 28.34% for EBITDA and 8.43% for PAT. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025 (9MFY26), Total Income was ₹316.84 crore, EBITDA was ₹70.45 crore, and PAT was ₹37.89 crore. The company highlighted key operational achievements, including the addition of 1 million meters of hose capacity in January 2026, bringing the total annual capacity to 17.5 million meters. Aeroflex also made its first commercial dispatch of advanced flow control components for liquid-cooling data center applications, establishing a platform for future revenue. Export growth remained robust at 30% year-on-year. Future expansion plans include increasing liquid cooling skid assembly capacity to 15,000 units per annum by June 2026 and investing in automation, including robotic welding systems and a new annealing plant, targeted for commissioning by December 2026. Managing Director Mr. Asad Daud expressed optimism about the company's performance, emphasizing the strong revenue driven by an improved product mix and value-added solutions. He noted the successful entry into the data center and AI infrastructure segment and the strategic capacity expansions aimed at enhancing efficiency and margins.
