Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited announced an update regarding the judicial proceedings against its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Advanced Supplementary Technologies Corporation, USA ("AST"). The company had previously created a provision of ₹159.64 million (approximately ₹15.96 crore) in relation to a lawsuit filed by World Nutrition Inc. (WNI) before the District Court of Arizona. Following an appeal and confirmation from legal counsel, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has reversed the decision. Consequently, the provision of ₹159.64 million has been reversed in the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This reversal was noted by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on January 31, 2026. The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on January 31, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
