The basic and diluted EPS for the nine months were ₹7.39 and ₹7.36, respectively. The company also reported an exceptional item of ₹1.53 crore related to the statutory impact of new labor codes. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and statutory auditors before being approved by the Board.
