Aditya Infotech Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary in Taiwan, named "Aditya Infotech Taiwan Co. Ltd.". This development follows the Board of Directors' approval on September 18, 2025, for establishing this subsidiary. The subsidiary was officially incorporated on February 02, 2026, in Taiwan. Aditya Infotech Limited will hold a 100% stake in this new entity. The newly incorporated company will be primarily engaged in Research & Development activities related to security and surveillance equipment. The initial investment in "Aditya Infotech Taiwan Co. Ltd." is NT$5 million in cash.
