Mr. Ramesh Narayanaswamy, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Company, has tendered his resignation. His resignation is effective from 28 February 2026, as he intends to pursue opportunities outside of Aditya Birla Capital Limited. The company has accepted his resignation. The requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular have been provided, including the reason for the change and the effective date of cessation. Mr. Narayanaswamy's resignation letter expresses his gratitude to the Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team for their guidance and support during his tenure.
