ADF Foods Limited announced an update to its list of Key Managerial Personnel authorized to determine the materiality of events or information, in accordance with Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This update follows the cessation of Mr. Shardul Doshi as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective December 10, 2025. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on February 3, 2026, approved the inclusion of the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Srinivas Ayyagari, effective February 3, 2026.
