Mr. Sameer Ganju, who held the position of Chief - Fuel Management & Ash Management and was designated as a Senior Management Personnel of the company, has been moved to a new role within the Adani Group. His cessation as a Senior Management Personnel of Adani Power Limited is effective from the close of business hours on December 26, 2025. The company has submitted this disclosure to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
