Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of its members, scheduled to be held on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

The EGM will consider and approve material related party transactions proposed to be entered into by two wholly owned subsidiaries: Abbot Point Port Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Adani Vizhinjam Port Private Limited. These transactions, which may exceed prescribed thresholds under SEBI Listing Regulations, will be carried out on an arm's length basis and in the ordinary course of business.

Shareholders will have the facility to vote by electronic means, with remote e-voting commencing on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and concluding on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Detailed instructions for remote e-voting and participation in the EGM via VC/OAVM have been provided.
