The main objective of WEL is to engage in the generation, development, transformation, distribution, transmission, sale, and supply of power or electrical energy derived from wind energy, solar energy, or other renewable sources. The incorporation of WEL is within the main line of business for Adani Green Energy Limited. AREH11L holds 100% of the share capital of WEL. The announcement confirms that the transaction does not fall within related party transactions, and no promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in WEL. No specific governmental or regulatory approvals are required, and there is no indicative time period for completion of acquisition as it is an incorporation. The consideration is not applicable as it is an incorporation, not an acquisition of an existing entity.
