Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) announced the incorporation of two new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary companies through its subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L). Adani Ecogen Eight Limited (AE8L) was incorporated on January 05, 2026, and Adani Ecogen Six Limited (AE6L) was incorporated on January 06, 2026. The Certificate of Incorporation for AE6L was received on January 06, 2026. Both AE6L and AE8L have an authorised and paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000 each. These entities are in the business of generating power using renewable sources of energy, including wind and solar. They are yet to commence business operations and have reported nil turnover. The incorporation of these subsidiaries is aimed at furthering the company's objectives in the renewable energy sector. Both entities were incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
