ACME Solar Holdings Limited has elevated Yogesh Kumar Sanklecha as the Head of Business Development and designated him as Senior Management Personnel, effective January 15, 2026. This appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, will see Sanklecha heading all commercial functions of the Group.

Sanklecha, an MBA Gold Medallist, brings over 25 years of experience with the ACME Group, during which he has held various leadership roles and contributed significantly to the organization's growth. In his new capacity, he is expected to drive ACME Solar's growth to achieve a target of 10GW by 2030, while continuing to manage stakeholder relations from bidding to project commissioning.

ACME Solar Holdings Limited is a prominent integrated renewable energy company with a diverse portfolio including solar, wind, storage, FDRE, and hybrid solutions. The company currently has an operational capacity of 2,958 MW and 4,562 MW under construction, including approximately 15 GWh of BESS installation.
