ACME Solar Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Yogesh Kumar Sanklecha as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective January 15, 2026.

This decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, formalized through a circular resolution dated January 14, 2026.

Mr. Sanklecha, who heads Business Development, brings over 25 years of experience within the ACME Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA in Marketing (Gold Medallist). His role has been pivotal in expanding ACME Solar's renewable energy portfolio, managing business development, project approvals, PPA management, and evacuation. He has also cultivated strong relationships with government stakeholders.
