Aban Offshore Limited, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has announced the schedule for its Third Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC).

The meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday, 19th January 2026. It will be held at 708, Raheja Centre, 7th Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021, commencing at 2:30 p.m. The meeting will also be accessible through Audio/Video Conferencing.

This meeting is being held in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The company is providing this prior intimation to the stock exchanges for record purposes.
