Aarti Pharmalabs Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Rakeshwar Bandichhor as the Chief Scientific Officer – R&D (Research and Development) and Senior Management Personnel of the company. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Dr. Bandichhor's tenure officially commenced on January 01, 2026. Dr. Bandichhor brings extensive experience, with 25 years in API-R&D and Process Chemistry. He holds advanced degrees including an M.Sc. in Chemistry and M.Sc. (Tech) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Lucknow, a Ph.D. in Chemistry from CDRI, University of Lucknow, and pursued further studies through a German fellowship program at the University of Regensburg, Germany. He has also completed three postdoctoral trainings in Germany and the USA. Prior to this role, he was associated with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in Hyderabad.
