A B Infrabuild Limited has announced the receipt of a letter of acceptance for a new project involving the construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB). The project, awarded by East Coast Railways, Indian Railways, is located at Railway Km. 641/19-21 in lieu of LC. No. 341 at KM 641/17-19 between JHADUPUDI - SOMPETA Railway station main line under Khurda Road Division.

The contract is valued at ₹55,26,31,365.74 (Rupees Fifty-Five Crore Twenty-Six Lakh Thirty-One Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty-Five Rupees and Seventy-Four Paise). The significant terms and conditions of the contract are as per the nature of the contract and the performance security clause of the tender documents. The project has an associated time period of 24 Months.

The company has confirmed that neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in East Coast Railways, and the contract does not fall within related party transactions. This announcement was made on January 13, 2026.
