A B Infrabuild Limited has announced the receipt of a letter of acceptance for a new project involving the construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB). The project entails building a structure with specific girder types (1x36.0 mtr. Composite girder + 2x24.0 mtr. Composite girder + 4x14.5 mtr. T-Beam Girder) at km 622/1-3, replacing LC No-326 between SLRD - IPM Railway Station on the HWH-VSKP main line, under the Khurdha Road division. The order has been awarded by East Coast Railways, an entity of Indian Railways. The contract is for a duration of 24 months. The commercial consideration for this order is ₹52,08,33,449.63 (Rupees Fifty-Two Crore Eight Lakh Thirty-Three Thousand Four Hundred and Fourty-Nine Rupees And Sixty-Three Paise Only). The company has confirmed that neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in East Coast Railways, and the transaction does not fall within related party transactions. A declaration as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, has been attached with the announcement.
