A B Infrabuild Limited has announced the receipt of a letter of acceptance for a new project involving the construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB). The project, located at Km 655/25-27 in lieu of LC No-353 at CH: 2+200 between Mandasa Railway Station and Baruva Railway Station on the HWH-VSKP main line under Khurda Road division, has been awarded by East Coast Railways, Indian Railways. The contract is for a duration of 24 months. The commercial consideration for this order amounts to ₹51,43,15,072.41 (Rupees Fifty-One Crore Forty-Three Lakh Fifteen Thousand and Seventy-Two Rupees and Forty-One Paise). The company has confirmed that it is a domestic entity and that its promoters, promoter group, or group companies do not have any interest in the entity to whom the order has been awarded. Furthermore, the transaction will not fall within related party transactions, and it will be conducted at arm's length.
