5paisa Capital Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, including directors and promoters, and their relatives. This closure will be effective from Saturday, January 17, 2026, to Friday, January 23, 2026, both days inclusive.

The decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct for insider trading.

During this period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised against trading in the securities of the company.
