The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of three key personnel. Ms. Geetha Menon has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources (HR), Mr. Abhinav Agarwal as the Head of Investing Product, and Mr. Dinesh Singh as the Head of Design.

These appointments are effective from Wednesday, January 14, 2026. All three individuals have been designated as Senior Managerial Personnels (SMPs) of the Company. Ms. Menon brings over 20 years of experience in HR within the financial services and IT sectors, with a background in personnel management and industrial relations. Mr. Agarwal has nearly 13 years of experience in digital product strategy and development in financial services, holding previous roles at Motilal Oswal, INDMoney, and HDFC Bank. Mr. Singh is a design leader with over 19 years of experience in product design, user experience, and user research, having previously led design teams at Paytm, Freshworks, and Stashfin.
