360 ONE WAM LIMITED announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results at a meeting held on January 15, 2026.

The company reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹331 crore for Q3 FY26, marking a 20.3% year-on-year increase from ₹275 crore in Q3 FY25. Total revenues for the quarter stood at ₹826 crore, up by 21.8% year-on-year, driven by strong growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Assets Under Management (AUM).

Revenue from Operations was ₹806 crore, a 33.2% year-on-year increase. ARR revenue also saw significant growth, increasing by 45.4% year-on-year to ₹619 crore. The combined ARR retention improved to 81 basis points (bps) from 70 bps in Q3 FY25.

As of December 31, 2025, the overall Assets Under Management (AUM) reached ₹7,11,398 crore. This includes ARR AUM of ₹3,17,906 crore, which grew by 28.2% year-on-year. The company's Wealth Management segment saw ARR AUM rise to ₹2,18,957 crore (+34.5% YoY), while its Asset Management segment's ARR AUM increased to ₹98,949 crore (+16.1% YoY).
